Default Name That Part

Ok, so Some of you may have checked out my "No Brakes" thread. Well, I'm having some issues sourcing a complete assembly for my 97 G16 here in Canada. I swear the EZ go and Club Car assemblys are identical but the local cart jobber is sayong no. However, I have found the brake adjuster, replacement shoes and the Bendix Spring kit. That just leaves me with one missing part, and I havemt a clue what its called, I have circled it in the picture below. I believe it's notched out for the bottom part of the shoe to rest in

I can order from the states but its going to end up costing me a fortune. especially with the current exchange rate. Does anyone have any knowledge as to whether or not these assemblies are interchangeable between Cart Manufacturers? Some sites list them as one part number for multiple carts.

One site describes it like this

"Driver side brake cluster. Includes backing plate, adjusting mechanism, brake shoes with retianers, springs, activating lever and dust cover. For Club Car G&E 1995-up, E-Z-GO G&E 1982-up and Yamaha G&E 1982-2006."
