Re: traction control system??
its really simple, sorry i dont have any pics, im currently deployed to iraq, so ill try and explain, i did this 4 years ago to my cart. memory is a little bad..
all u have to do is remove the rearend from ur machine. there is basicly 2 main pieces forward and reverse box, then the differential. first drain the gear lube, then remove the f&r box from the rearend. remove the brakes, axles and tubes. then take out the bolts that go around the perimeter of the rearend.. very carefully split the case in half. weld the spiders in the differential.. reasemble.. thats is about all i can remember of it, it is really simple.. |

Re: traction control system??
It really don't sound that hard to me, but I've been in side there before however since I've never done it, noway am I gonna try to explain. However here is a diagram that might help someone else explain it. I think you weld the two #91s together, but don't trust me

Re: traction control system??
Yeup... Thats what you do in all other axles. Didn't know about carts though. I will do this after John gets back from Iraq ( thanks for what you do bud ) and can get some pics. Not brave enough to do it without pics. Thanks

I've got an email into a cart nut across town about this. Last time I was at his shop he had a diassembled CC rear end on the bench....I'm fairly sure he can help.
