Stock controller and Stock Solenoid from PDS for sale

I just upgraded the controller and solenoid on my 05 pds and really have no use for the old stuff anymore, so im offering up here.

I will say that before changing everything over I was experiencing an occasional no go situation but without working on it at all later it would work again.

May have been the solenoid, may have been the controller, I dont know but with the lift kit and tires I installed I was going to have to replace anyway, so I just bit the bullet.


Having said that, I do not have any idea what either is worth other than I have been offered 50.00 for the controller to rebuild it.

Make me an offer on both or either.

I gotta say Budracer, Thank you for being honest about the go/no go situation. What you describe is typical of thermal overload..... the control gets overloaded and stressed so it shuts down until it cools and is ready to try again.

Problem is the more it happens the more often it happens... Controller damage is accumulative according to the engineers at the biggest controller manufacture in the USA.

Looks like $50 was a good offer.

Thanks Scotty, but this wasnt a thermal issue, it would do it after it had sit still for hours then all of a sudden work again.

I could be wrong , Sorry if I misunderstood your description of the problem.
How did you fix the problem.

I fixed it with a new alltrax controller and solenoid from you lol.....


We talked about it on the phone and you had me do some test.....

I could drive it around for 30 min or so and park it on the driveway, go in eat watch tv or whatever and come back in an hour or 2 to put it up and it woulldnt go, then let it sit overnight and it may work again the next morning.

Thats the issue I was having.

Hey Budracer - I may be interested. What is the model/specs of the controller?

Yes, I remember. That's the problem with usernames ~ sometimes I can't place it with a customer name? More likely a bad connection or solenoid problem, Controllers are not known to just be intermittent.
The PDS control is a Curtis 300 amp for Ezgo PDS only.
