No, that is for a 48volt. You will just hook the leads up to your pack positive and pack negative.

I also faced a similar decision about a maintenance charger. My original charger is a 1998 vintage without the maintenance mode. After reviewing the limited number of 48v "trickle chargers" out there, I decided to update my cart charger to a new, state of the art, smart charger with a maintenance mode. It was $340 vs $100 but at least I now have the confidence that my "expensive to replace" battery pack is both being charged and maintenance charged properly.

Just one charge maintainer needed. It charges all 6 batteries at once. Just connect to pack positive and pack negative.

I bought a Lester Summit Series Model 28000 Switch Mode Battery Charger, 48 V x 19.5 amp nominal x 21 amp maximum x 1050 watt.
I am happy with the performance of this charger on my 48 volt utility cart.
It can be permanently mounted on your cart but I have opted to use it as a stand alone unit.

J&B Tools have still got the Save-A-Battery 2365-48 Charger/Maintainer 48V 50W listed for $75.92 but unfortunately they are saying that they are currently out of stock.

That's what I bought (from J&B) and it is terrific. It uses a pulse charge to help de-sulfate the battery, which is a good thing.

I don't think so. You attach the device to your carts battery terminals (go across all of them so it's the full 48v) and just plug it in and leave it. It's very low charge rate, 50w, and just keeps the battery topped off.

I'll let you know, I just ordered one. I'll try it out once I get my new batteries conditioned.
