the white wire that comes off the charge port LOOKS like it goes down then over to the f & r switch ….that white wire from the charge port should go to the #1 battery neg - post ....and I see no fuse in the bracket ...

here's mine....
fuse wire should go to the f & r switch , which is hot , you have a neg running to it ...hence the arc ....

That is correct and it matches the wiring diagram that you posted earlier as well.

The positive wire from the charger receptacle goes to the fuse and then to the same bottom terminal on the FNR as the pack positive cable is connected.

The negative wire from the charger receptacle goes directly to the pack negative battery post.

bac0701, once you verify the voltage is correct on the charger receptacle, You need to test the voltage output and polarity on the charger connector.

if that connection inside the charger is reversed it will cause a spark without the charger being connected to AC.

Geeze I feel like an idiot my mind is elsewhere haha. Ok so it’s wired correctly I’m in fact getting proper voltage at the charger port. I’m not getting any reading on the battery charger. Total charge 3

I don't know much about the chargers ....if its dead at the prongs the arc might have fried something....should be a fuse or breaker in there I would think ....my charger is so **** old it has the glass fuses right up front.....
An it be LOUD...
