Any continuous potentiometer like the MCOR will provide a smoother signal than the 10 voltage steps you currently have.

I did not realize the throttle signal was increasing by itself, Make sure the Yellow wiper wire is connected to Controller J5 and the top of the VGlide Green wire is connected to J4.

The bottom of the Vglide Purple wire should also go to B-.

Ill double check those colored connections this week. I did order the Pre-MCOR to MCOR4 conversion.....

I figured why not, Its pretty much one of the only parts left that I have not replaced/upgraded on this cart.

Just wanted to reply to this thread with a thanks, and a successful outcome.

I ordered a Pre-MCOR to MCOR4 kit, and installed it. Took a few hours, but went in like a champ.

Soon as I got on the throttle and inched it forward in the slowest speed, I knew that was the fix.

Tested in forward, reverse and adjusted some settings on the controller and now I have a smooth as eggs machine. No more spazmo, it inches ahead fine, and now I can see every single % value when depressing the go pedal.
