hi
some body help find problems with CC electrics i have 2016 villager,electric no forward only reverse i change solenoid i change MCOR4 o potensiometer i change limit swicht solenoide in forward active 1 second ,but no run in reverse active and work battery new thanks NH |

There are F1 and F2 cables at the motor. Place the cart in "Tow" and remove the Main Pack Negative cable. Double wrench the studs at the motor so you do not damage them and swap the F1/F2 cables around. See if forward now works and reverse does not. Note- this will be backwards on your Fwd/Rev Rocker switch.

i replace a electric motor ,only run reverse replace solenoid replace curtis controller replace f and r switch replace ignition siwtch replace limit siwtch solenoid forward active only one second solenopid reverse actvive all time and motor run ok help me please 2016 cc electric villager 6 regards nh |

Then you have a bad controller. Replaced or not. If you verified the Fwd/Rev toggle switch to be operating correctly and you swapped F1/F2 cables and Forward worked and Reverse did not, then you have a failed FET in the controller. It is no longer working to supply the forward field.

i think is lost signal i replace controller (i have 14 same model cars )install in other car and work perfect meaby harnnes have a problems regardss NH |
