Default 07 Precedent Slower in Forward than Reverse

I have a 2007 Precedent that I just had the controller rebuilt on because I didn’t have reverse. Now I have reverse but it seems faster in reverse than when I am in forward.... What causes this?

Thanks for any help,
Jimmy

Do you have a working reverse buzzer?

If so, does it make sound while the FNR is on Reverse?

No sir, the reverse buzzer doesn’t work or it doesn’t have one. I haven’t been able to find it.

In that case pop the FNR off and use an auto blade fuse (or a piece of wire) to jump the Red and White wires together.

If the cart moves backwards You need to swap the F1 and F2 quick connectors at the Controller.

That did the trick Sergio! It’s still pretty slow but that definitely transferred the initial torque to the forward instead of the reverse!

Thank you for your help!

If the FNR position does not match the direction of travel now just keep the Red wire in the middle and swap the two outside wires (White and Blue).

The 2007 IQ precedent controller works with a speed magnet and it is an inexpensive way to increase the speed to 19mph+.
