Any difference between Precedent and DS except for body style?

2005. But needed battery’s as they are 10yrs old. 4-12 volts also as asking 2,000.

No. 2001 will be either a 36 volt series, 48 volt series, or a 48 Volt Regen 2. The 2004 Precedent will have the IQ system, which is much preferred over these three. The series 48 system is good, but it's slow unless you upgrade components. The downfall to that Precedent is the 4x12V batteries, but that can be converted to 6x8V.
