Do you have a friend/neighbor with the same type charger you can try?

Have you checked the voltage while charging to see what the charger is putting out?

It happens to me as well the typing simultaneous answers....

Good point on final voltage, Jay1, once the charger current gets down to 5 amps, start checking the pack voltage, it should go up to around 60v.

It is also a good idea when the voltage is near 60v to measure each individual battery to see if they are all at the same voltage, like 10v each and not have one at 10.5v and one at 9.0v.

Ok I drove the cart around probly 2 miles the battery meter lost 3 bars so I guessing 70 percent battery left plugged charger in and amp meter pegged out but the charger never cut off and back on is it normal to peg the amp meter out

I don't have access to another charger at this time. I have checked the volts on the pack while charging I think it was 59.2 but I didn't look to see where the amps were. I'll try to check that tomorrow weather permitting. Thanks for all the help guys!
