Golf cart won't move forward.

So, a little bit more information. I just took it off the lift and took it outside. When going forward and a very slow speed, pedal quarter of the way depressed, the cart will run perfectly fine. When depressing the pedal more to increase speed is when this issue is happening. Upon the cart stopping, if I leave the pedal depressed the reverse buzzer beeps 1-3 times. To me this indicates that the speed control sensor is kicking in and stopping the motor.
