Default Battery light comes on when charger is unplugged

I haven't noticed this happing until just recently but it may be normal. I plug in the charger in the evening, unplug it the next afternoon. The pack voLtage is around 51.7 when I unplug the charger. I think the voltage used to be around 52+ when the charger was unplugged. But anyway, I notice the battery light comes on briefly when I unplug from the charger. Is this normal?

Surely, someone knows or has some input to this. I've never reset the OBC. I've always stuck to the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

Did charger complete charge cycle and shut off by itself before it was unplugged? If not, the battery light will illuminate for a few seconds letting you know charger was unplugged prior to 100% charge, but at least 90% charge.

Yeah, the charge cycle is long completed before I unplug it. I plug the charger in at night. When I leave for work in the mornings, the charge cycle is complete. When I come home from work and unplug the charger, the light comes on breifly.

This thread is over 7 years old. I would start a new thread and see if others can help.

Dang, talk about resurrecting an old thread.
There was really never a problem other than the light would come on and I don't know why. I sold that cart about 3 yrs ago and it was doing well. I bought a 2015 cart that had a battery configuration that I liked better. 6-8V batteries compared to 4-12V.

As mentioned, start a new thread since this one is very old.
