Default Powewise charger blinks red

It's worked fine for the 1 1/2years I've had it. Plugged it in today, and it blinks a quick green, then two reds, clicks, and that's it. the cart is sitting on 37.9 v

I'm almost afraid to price these things, I bet they aren't cheap.
Is there a reset button somewhere on these, or do I need a new one...?

I saw a thread on here one time saying how terrible these QE models are. More than likely it has gone bad, but someone else who knows for sure should chime in...

jakes right red light is bad .. and there are no fixes for it

LED Operation Codes:
SHORT LED flash green = less than 80% charged
LONG LED flash green = more than 80% charged
SOLID LED green = 100% charged
RED LED flash = fault code

Yeah, that's what I was afraid of. I did some searches here, and it looks like a DPI might be my best bet. I'll buy one from Scotty tomorrow when he opens for business.

Two red flashes is a battery fault code. Charger thinks pack voltage is under 27V or over 50V, but the pack voltage is 37.9V, so the Auxiliary contact in the DC power plug/cart charge receptacle is dirty, or the battery sense wire is bad, or the battery sense circuit in charger is bad.

This problem might be fixable by cleaning/adjusting the Aux contact and the outside of the negative radsok, but I'd still replace it with a DPI. Your batteries will be happier on float charge.
