Where is the Lockout Hub?
I have 74 Electric D4 HARLY DAVIDSON CART THAT I AM rebuilding. I have a manual that shows a lockout hub switch on the left rear wheel but my cart does not have one! Where is the wheel release on this cart so I can push it around my garage? Is this only on the gas model?
