Default 2010 RVX Wont Go Past a Crawl

I have an Ezgo RXV. When you put it into run and the turn the key to Neutral, Forward or Reverse, the golf car just barely goes forward - and does so with a stutter. We have replaced the motor, the solenoid, and checked the continuity between all of the wires going to the controller, computer, and motor - no problems. Golf car is showing 50.1 Volts and does well under load testing. We sent the controller off to Flight Systems and had it checked - no problems. The brake is not locking up or causing the problem. Initially I thought it may be related to the speed sensor; however, since we have placed a new electric motor in the car this is highly unlikely. Anyone have any ideas?

Wiring harness. The 2010 model year is one of those with splices in the harness where the motor speed encoder 5 VDC power leads are bonded with other encoder 5 VDC power leads. These splices are known to corrode and become intermittent, or fail totally. A high impedance DVM may not show a failure that occurs under higher current draw. If you look at my previous posts about RXV wiring harness conversions, the locations of these splices are shown. You'll have to strip the split looms off of the harness to get at the splices. It's a lot easier to work on if you remove the harness.

You should have asked for help before spending all of that money on repairs and parts.
