48 volt electric motor wire diagram help

I have an electric motor I just can't seem to get running right. I have had everything tested, everything test out working. I dont have reverse. I had the contactors replaced and it hasn't run since. Only the forward 5 speeds. The motor is manufactured by Advanced D.C. Motors, Inc. model AV2500 Ba4-4001. The motor has wire post A1,A2, S1, S2. I have a Curtis 1204-402 (36-48 volt) 275a motor controller marked B-, B+, M-, A2. the contactor switches are curtis SW88. for forward and reverse (Paired single pole double throw contactor for reversing)
The problem is i dont know how the contact switches should be wired. when the contact where replaced, some wire had to have been switched. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks Jay

Maybe you can tell us what year and model cart this is? That might help get someone who is familiar with it to respond

this is in a electric boat motor made by outboard marine and am am told it is a golf cart set up. Outboard marine went out of business. Have had no luck finding any diagrams from them or anyone else for that matter. I am hoping someone can help. Thanks Jay
