Called DPI Tech Support 423 299 0011 , they are sending a replacement cable kit to hard wire into the charger. They said do not use the charger until fixed due to possible arching due to loose connection.


have your charger information available.

Serial Number and MFR MOD number.

my MFR MOD number indicated a universal plug which it is not, so be sure to
mention what plug you have into your cart.

They will need the Serial number and the other long number so have the information available when you call.
