Default How big 4 wheeler tires on my cart without lift?

This has probally been asked 100 times but I cant find it anywhere. I am looking at a 93 yamaha elec that is stock but I want to put 4 wheeler tires on it. I am using this on my farm and just wondered how big of a tire I can put on without a lift, or am I just wasting my time without lifting it?
Thanks STeve
