Default Custom EZGO RXV "limp mode" Need help please???

Good day, I'm in need of someones help please... I have a 2008 EZGO RXV that I have been working on for a while now, the cart seems to be in "limp mode"? It literally crawls in forwards and reverse? No idea here is what we have done to date.

Re manufactured controller
brand new wiring harness
new throttle and brake switches
new brake controller
controller has been programed to Golf 4

aftermarket additions:
20a fuse panel installed
LED strip lighting underneath
48v to 12v voltage reducer added
200w marine stereo amp installed
Single din DVD player and speaker
extended top with sunroof
DVD screen for back passengers
custom seats with heat inside
LED lighting in the sunroof
RXV trunk
custom silver colored elite dash kit
Color reverse camera with night vision
LED headlights and taillights
23" tires and Chrome rims
Jakes 6" lift kit
Jakes RXV chrome brush guard
diamond plated quarter panels

Attaching some photo's of the progress so far. The front end and dash are not in right now until I figure out this limp mode issue.

Do you have a 12v to 12v converter installed? Sounds like a lot of stuff on the cart. could be killing the batteries. you might want to check where you are suppose to get your 12v

If it is in limp mode I would load it on a trailer and get it to a dealer that has a programmer and have them scan your cart and look for a trouble code. There are so many electronics it is like a modern car, need the equipment to hook it up and tell you what is wrong could be a throttle sensor, brake pedal sensor, or selenoid the list goes on.

Have one here . Turn key on and it jumps back then forward. System test for the motor brake. Think it needs a new one . Old one has a release handle new one dont. If i could find programing software id use it with laptop like alltrax..Cant afford to go to ezgo. And FSIP told me they dont have one yet for this danaher controller
