A little difficult. Two screws release the battery which are easy to get to. Then I just need to cut the battery in half to remove it.

A battery like that will last many years. Keep an eye on the water level and you may never need to change it.....The cart looks good

You did a terrific job on your cart! Now from the looks of one of your pictures it looks like you might have forgotten something very precious on the front seat!!! Looks like someone is already enjoying the cart very much

Great job on your rebuild, top quality.
How did you make provision for charging you extra battery? I used one of the power outlets mounted into dash to charge my Club Car. Be sure and get a HD unit that can handle the amperage needed to charge battery and include correct wiring and fuse to protect. Most that I found were only for 5-10 amp rated so beware of light guage wiring and contacts? Mine came from a boat supply company ( cost more but well worth it with 14 guage wiring )
I mounted a power plug in to my 12 volt charger wiring so it can just plug into power outlet for charging but I still can charge a regular battery as well.

I have a 12v Battery Tender charger that plugs into a pigtail attachment.
