Thanks to Shadowman, J&B Golfcarts, and scottyb for your help. I replaced all 5 solenoids today and it works like it should. I cleaned all connections as advised on this forum. That metal bar that goes accross the (I guess negative) side of the solenoids was pitted pretty good on some contact areas so I put a nut on first to give it more contact area - Details, details, details, pays off! Now, if any of you are brake experts, look for my next thread. I've never worked on drum brakes before (have worked on disc brakes) and they are a real pain in the butt ( I removed one side today expecting my new brake shoes to come today - they didn't). I've read the thread (by Andy if I remember correctly) and it was a lot of help. Again Thank You for your help. John
