OH I guess I did forget the most important thing for help .
I have a 2004 precedent with high speed code,6" lift,23" tires,and rear seat.
Ofcoarse it is an IQ motor.

Thanks to everyone that responded it was bearing on end of motor.
went to auto parts store and found perfect match.
Bearing is FEDERAL MOGUL 203-FF and costed me $5.06 a far cry from $300.

It wasn't hard to replace the bearing.the hardest part was starting the theards for bearing keeper and trying to keep all 4 brushes back and into place.
