99 CC 48v regen solenoid question
The cart acted funny for a week or so and finally quick running. I press pedal and it clicks and there is a very low hum from motor. So I disconnected the wire from the solenoid to the controller. I put the pos wire from my meter to that terminal and the meter neg wire to number six battery neg. I put it in run mode and turned on the key. I got a reading of .2. Did i test it correctly? Also i noticed that there is a solenoid on the the other side that goes to the motor and has a coil wire on it. Should this one be replaced as well? They both look like they have been on there since it was new. I changed the wires last summer. The batteries all have water. They were testing out at 8.54 with the meter. I tugged on them and check all the connections. I think that I have done everything that I have read here. Any other information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Tom |
