Headlight Wiring Question

I have a 98cc and i am trying to wire the headlights. It came with halogen headlights with three wires coming out of the socket (White, Green, Blue)and a dimmer switch with three temrinals. I checked the dimmer with an ohm meter and the middle terminal seems to be the source power terminal and when you hit the button it swithes between the left and right terminal, so my question is how do i wire the lights to the dimmer to get high and low beam??

automotive systems dont use both elements,, it switches between each element changing the angle

Thanks that answered my question. Do you know which wire on the bulb is the ground or does it matter?

Normal color code says green.
