Roady:

Recently I have tried to bypass the OBC on a 95 club car...Thought I had it correct, however, the charger which was jumped to be constant on, and the Charging wire on the cart, was spliced with another wire to the Neg #6 Bat. post.....The charger would charge for 11 seconds then shut down for 11 seconds and again repeat.....eventually the circuit breaker on the charger would break.. Any suggestions??? See my posts "trying to find short in 48 volt club car"

Also, I attached an outdoor manual timer to regulate on-off hourly charging....
