OK so it sounds like the # 1 solinoid is welded open ?
Did you say you already swapped # 1 out with a working solinoid ? |

thanks for all the help. things finally clicked today and i was having a grounding problem. to that taken care of and i got the cart working. I appreciate everyones help.
