48v Club Car
Is there any information on what type of connector there is between the electric motor and the rear end and is it possible to strip it out. The wheels turn when jack up and no load. When you try to use the cart it feel like something is slipping.

Re: 48v Club Car
What you really need its the Maint/Service manual for your cart there is a entire
chapter devoted to disassembly - testing and reassembly. The manuals run fro $50-$100 New and used. If you are keeping the cart and you are doing the work is is a Valuable tool. Hope this helps ! |

I think you would a better chance of your problem being in the axles instead of splines of motor/rearend. SEarch this site. There are several threads about axle problems and how to repair.
