Default putting radio and lights on a 36 volt cart

how to put a 12 volt radio and lights on a 36 volt cart.a friend wants me to do this but not sure how can any one help

Do forum search for 'radio install' or 'headlight install".

There are many options that will work. You could use a converter wired into the battery pack. You could use a standalone 12V battery mounted on the cart.

Personally, I would add a small 12V battery and charge as necessary. This does require an automotive style charger, but it separates the radio and lights from the battery pack.

I added the RV/Marine 12v, separate from the battery pack. It requires a charge every once in a while, while keeping my battery pack maximized just for riding.

Thats what I did was install a Class 31 HD Battery for all my accessories. Works great!
