Default PowerWise Charger wont charge

This is my first post:
Have a 2000, 36v Ez GO. New batteries.
Cant get my Power Wise charger to charge. I barrowed my neighbors Power wise charger and all work fine...so Im confident the problem is in my charger.
Question: is there a fuse inside the case, or are there some simple ways to check the condition of the charger?? Thanks for any all help.

bypass the relay inside the charger. If it comes on I suspect you need to replace the board.

ok, open up the charger cover and look for a black box connected to a circuit board. One wire goes from the ac power cord the other goes from the transformer.Disconnect those two wires and hook them together with a jumper wire being carefull not to have any bare wires toching anything metal.Plug in charger and see if it comes on.

No, just change the diode and fuse.
