Judge, are we talking about a series controller cart with 1 solenoid and OBC?
Darn CC made so many different carts at one time...

Where would the solenoid be? I don't think there was one. My other 36v one has a solenoid right below the R/F switch. I'll check tonight. What's the cheapest way to get extra torque also?

On this cart the solenoid is mounted between the OBC and the Controller. I don't think there is a cheap way to get more torque
