Precedent gas limo needs more torque
I have a 2013 club car precedent gas that i have a 6 inch lift kit and 23 inch tires, i really don’t want to put a bigger motor in it cause my sons drive it also, however i need just a little more power up hills, what are my options before i buy a 23hp from CCP?

Torque springs in the clutches, and one of those high performance drive belts.
You can also try twisting the driven clutch another 1/3 of a turn to get more pre-load on the spring. I did that and new springs on the 6 seat transporter we have and it made a big difference. |
