Default 2013 Precedent surges/jerks

Have a 2013 Precedent that jerks or surges when you start driving it. Feels like you are pushing the throttle down then letting up. Does this for a 100 feet or so then usually smooths out. Replaced the MCOR and it still does it. The other thing I have noticed is that randomly while driving the battery light in the dash will come on. Batteries are about a year old and in good shape.
Other than replace MCOR I have also reset the OBC by disconnecting the negative and positive battery cables for about an hour and reconnecting.

What is the pack voltage just before you start out on the cart? What is it when the cart is surging?? (Hook a DVM up to the pack and lay it on the seat.)

Where did you get your MCOR?

Are all of the battery cables tight? Buddy of mine had same problem and a week later he melted down a battery post

^ like he said. Check all of the battery cables for clean and tight connections.

Sounds like a power delivery problem.
If not that it could be worn or stuck brushes in the motor.

Will check the voltages
Got the MCOR from amazon - made in China
Will check all the battery connections
Stuck brushes seems logical since it goes away after a 100 feet or so. Only happens when the cart has been sitting like overnight or longer.
Are brushes easily replaced?
