What is the best way to secure the cart?...we use it for rv parks....

Secure it as over night so no one will take off in it? Lock it up with a cable through the wheels and steering wheel. Toe switch in the toe position. Most people want know what to look for when it doesn't move.Put another switch in line with the toe switch that only you know about. Leave it on all the time normally then when you feel the need flip it off.
