Default 91 G9 Engine Question

I have a 91 G9 that has a loose oil pipe oem part number J38-15112-00-00. my question is what is suppost to hold it to the engine block is there a seal on the bottom of the pipe? It does'nt seem to be leaking I just did'nt know if that was the way it was suppost to be. if anyone has any ideas let me knoe

That oil filler tube is just a "press" in fit.

Maybe you could pull it out, use a center punch and "dimple" the part that fits into the engine block, then use some "loctite" to help seal it back in. Or buy a new one?
