Default Duromax Crankshaft Oil Seal

When it rains, it pours! Got the duromax motor installed and ran it for about 10 minutes. Later noticed there was a little oil that had leaked from around the crank shaft. Anyone had issues like this? Guy at max tool told me to just press the oil seal back in there and it will be fine and if it's sticking out a little bit I can try and remove it and place loctite around the edges and press it back in... Doesn't seem completely right but I'm no mechanic. Thoughts?

I'm not sure about getting it out without destroying it. GX390 handa parts fit them for the most part. I like to use stuff like this on them
Amazon.com: Permatex 20539 Indian Head Gasket Shellac Compound - 2 oz.: Automotive Amazon.com: Permatex 20539 Indian Head Gasket Shellac Compound - 2 oz.: Automotive
But you can use a little permatex/silicone or whatever smeared on the outside. Grab a large socket that fits it and tap it in evenly, gently. I would likely just use a flat bar and tap it in all the way, if it leaked I'd replace it. Unless you have a piece of pipe/etc that fits over the crank with a flat end. Smear a little oil on the rubber when you put a new one in.
