Default 2008 electric Club Car or 1991 14hp gas Club car???

Ok, you guys were super helpful on my previous question about 07 vs. 08 electric Club Car. If you were picking between the 1991 CC gas for $1300 or the 08 electric CC for $2300 (mentioned in my previous post), which way would you go. This cart will be for my wife primarily, to use in camp grounds and tag along with my sons and I when we go atv riding. I plan to do a lift, and some 22" or 23" tires. She doesn't need neck breaking speed, but she will want to keep up (or we won't want to wait for her too much ). Let me know what you think. Thanks again for the help choosing the right cart.

I think you have a decision point you have to decide on. Not all RV parks will allow a gas powered cart and an electric cart will not keep up on trail rides with atv's unless major mods are done. So where do you plan on using it more? Once you answer that question your good.

I may get into trouble, but being that it is for someone who is not likely in to doing maintenance. I would go with the gasser. She would not have to worry about keeping batteries serviced and cables clean an tight. With the gasser all she would need to do is gas and oil. This is just my thinking. Don't beat my up.

How is the durability and torque on that Kawasaki 14 hp motor? It seems like 1992 was a transition year for a new motor, but i'm struggling to find much info.
