Anyone know who sells TCI's? I check a lot of the sponsor sites and most don't carry them and I didn't see any that carry Yamaha brand / OEM

If you can't find a site sponsor that sells the OEM, do a web search for part# JN-85640-01-00 or call the nearest Yamaha golf car dealer. I highly recommend NOT useing an aftermarket TCI.

I bought the new YAMAHA OEM TCI. I was going to put it in today then I smell fuel. I check my oil and its got gas in it again. (I had another thread about this) Installed a new carb and new fuel pump and still have gas. I'm going to get the new TCI in tomorrow. Any tips on the install or gas in the oil?

fuel lines are run the same as stock.

do you drive all short trips? If the engine never gets hot, unburned fuel will get past rings into oil. I believe some longer trips "burns" the fuel out of the oil. I am assuming you have already looked at the spark plug.

Dumb question. how do you get the bolt out on the bottom of the plastic motor shoud to get to the TCI? I can't get a wrench on it. the skidplate is riveted to the frame

phew.... cut a custom 10mm wrench.. PITA.

Now how do you set the TCI? paper between the tci and flywheel?

I'll tell you what. I don't know what I'd do without the internet. I appreciate your help tremendously.
