solenoid, electrical issue
I measure 25 volts dc across the two large posts on my solenoid.
when I depress the gas pedal, the voltage goes down to basically zero and nothing, the cart wont move. I notice that if I lightly tap the solenoid, the 25 volts almost goes away, when idle and then I get a volt reading when I depress the gas pedal. Very odd but basically I am trying to troubleshoot an issue where the cart will not go forward or reverse, when I depress the gas pedal. this is an intermittent issue. I have replaced the solenoid twice, all battery connections are good. The water level in the battery is good. I measure around 37 volts across all batteries. Any suggestions?? |
