boy i missed that yeah david is right that is wrong, that cable should have went from battery#6 neg. terminal thur OBC and to B- on controller........................................ .......

My post was confusing, the negative is on the last battery. I got the 2 gauge through there and now it's working good. Charger ran all night. Thanks for the help.

in a pinch you can run a bolt the the hole in the obc that is threaded the entire bolt. Then just have one nut on one side to tighten down one cable and 2 nuts on the other side of the obc to tighten the other cable to. no doubt you will have real charging issues if you dont run the cable/bolt thru the obc so it can read usage

Or leave the original cable in place and the other around it

Yeah it will. I've had mine wired that way for 2 years with no issues.

That is an awsome idea for installing new wires, just let the original stay, this is the first time I had heard about that.

It has been stated in here many times, mainly when someone drills the hole bigger and destroys the OBC.
