I'm on board with the battery tests. But you can throw the speed sensor issue out the window. Your car doesn't have one. It's a series cart as indicated by the "AA" serial number. Even if you did have a Regen2 cart of the same year, the speed sensor would not trigger a limp mode. The speed sensor roll test only applies to vehicles with the IQ or Excel drive system.
