Default 2005 Club Car DS stops pulling

I have a 2005 48v DS I have changed the controller, solenoid, pedal controller (MCOR) and still having same issue. The cart goes fine but stops pulling. If you let off the pedal and press again it starts pulling right away. I've checked voltage on my batteries they seem fine but not sure. Has anyone encountered this same issue and if so how can I repair it. Replacing the battery's is the only thing I can think of that is left. But this is very costly and may not solve my problem. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Series or IQ? If IQ, have you checked the speed sensor?

I was having similar issue with an Ezgo this weekend. The cart would go again if I stopped rolling and started again. My problem was a bad connection in the ignition circuit.

Check the speed sensor. There is a test located at the top of the Electric Club Car section of this page that explains how this circuit works and how to test it. If you need to buy a replacement sensor, get a factory one. Do not waste your time with aftermarket speed sensors. They are junk.

Tell me a little bit more about your symptoms. Does the car stop pulling and slow to a slow speed or does it stop completely? When it slows, does the reverse buzzer emit a series of beeps?
