Default Gas G14 lifted Limo value?

I have been looking for a limo for quite a while and they are a bit difficult to find around my area. I would like to get a gas one as I already have 2 4 passenger electric carts and it is a pain to charge when we are at the camp ground for a few days. I found one that has a Jake's 7" double a arm lift, 12" wheels with 22" tires, rear seat kit (6 passenger), & headlights (it has no roof and that bothers me some). Cart looks good but there is ALWAYS room for improvement. Runs well too, but I would try and speed it up a bit. What would be a fair price to offer? I know it is only worth what someone is willing to pay and depends on the area but I am new to gas carts and have not shopped for them much.

I would think in the $2-3k range, closer to the $3k range if it's really clean.
If it has lots of $ extras maybe up to $3500.

Extras are the Jake's 7" lift, 12" wheels/tires, and back seat. It has some awful graphics on it now that will need to be removed and I would have to figure in the price of a new top...which I am guessing is around $500 unless I fab something up myself. Really want to make a legit offer but going into the winter I know I wont be using it for a while.
