![]() Hello all!
I picked up a Taylor Dunn Tee Bird Eagle III last week. I live on a golf course and figured I needed a cart since all of my neighbors have them. I have started a restoration, I’ll post photos and progress updates. I can only find a few pictures of these things on the internet and very little information. I am trying to confirm if I have the correct rear bumper. Also trying to figure out what form of windshield and top it had. I’ve finished some metal patches. I am media blasting all the steel and sealing it with SPI epoxy primer. I’ve paint matched the original light blue. I’ve done some fiberglass repair and sanding. I’m looking for a period headlight housing, replacement steering wheel, and a few other bits. The electric motor is off for service, at a minimum it needed bearings. The steering box is getting rebuilt, I’m replacing the steering ball joints, and servicing all wheel bearings/seals. I am also going to add some period gauges and a horn. Thanks for any info!! |
