Best place to exchange for a new rebuilt engine?

Any suggestions on where to look for exchanging my engine for a new rebuilt one? Price wise and quality in mind.

I found this place on engine rebuilds www.jandmgolfcarts.com/engineprice.htm I don't know anything about them but I might give them a try, has any one had work done from this place.

I bought a muffler clamp for my 89 that nobody else had even though it was on several parts dealers websites. I was very satisfied. They are in Augusta, GA.
