Is it possible to run an alltrax 48500 at 60v?

I am looking at Enjoybot batteries. They offer fiive 12v lithiums in series for a total of 60 volts.

The max voltage setting is 62v. The problem is going to be the total voltage fully charged will exceed 62v.

You better read some of the posts on this forum, 12 volt lithiums in series are not a good idea.
