![]() Ok that is a DS car and it probably has the red light in the dash.It will require the new upgraded kit part#1018006-06,and I would also go for the newer Albright solenoid as they are more heavy duty.

![]() i did some reading on bypassing the obc ..ive heard it could fry batteries because charger wont shut down but i was thinning maybe of hooking up one of those timers people use for lamps and what not and set it to charge for a set time and then shut off? what do u think?

![]() I would not do that,I see people bypass these OBC s all the time and it lasts for awhile and then when it goes it burns up a lot of stuff.They were put on there for a reason and the one you have was a weak one.The newer ones are better. Buy the kit yourself and install it as it comes with directions.Pretty easy job if you are pretty handt with tools.
