Default Club Car E.R.I.C. charger

I have an 2009 Club Car Precedent and got an E.R.I.C. charger and doesn't seem to charge my cart. When the charger is plugged in the charger clicks, the charging indicator LED starts blinking green and the yellow battery light on the cart blinks 2 times and there are no beeps unlike the manual states...normally 3 beeps.

I have used this charger on 2019 models and it charges perfectly. Is it possible it's because it an older cart and the OBC is the issue?

Since no one has answered yet. You need to disable the OBC to use the ERIC charger. Also the sense wire on pin 5 needs a pull up resistor installed. Other members with more knowledge may be better able to help you.

You don't need the resistor if you do the normal obc bypass..Connecting the white and blue wires on the harness side of the obc connector keeps pack voltage on pin 5 which keeps the cart from being locked out...You also need to connect the black wire on the charge receptacle to pack neg...
