48txt carts have a fusion of wires near the the run tow switch that feeds multiple circuits. I keep hearing of these failing and the cart not running.. check for that..

Nevermind, the wiring harness off the tow/run switch was bad. I cut the harness off and crimped the wires together and cart fired right up!
