That lift kit is curious. I've never seen one like that before and am not impressed with the design. It is obviously ill-fitting, (please either grind down that upper mounting bracket on the passenger side or just cut 1/2 an inch off it), and tire/wheel clearance were not considerations
Unless someone knows the manufacture, I'm betting it's home made. No U-bolts, flat iron "gussets", none of it looks right. If it is home made, do your customer a favor and: 1 advise them of it or 2. put the proper stuff on the cart before you sell it. It looks like an accident waiting to happen. Sorry to be so critical but that looks like it could gain you a very bad reputation in your flipping ventures.

Not sure anything about this lift kit. I bought it from a realtor, that is trying to sell the house, that the guy walked away from.

I imagine he had big tires on it at one time, and took them with him or sold them.
I know nothing about lift kits, and don't care for the lifted look. i would remove the kit if i had the original parts to put back on it.
Right now still looking for someone to weld this thing.

Update :

Camroluvz28 the bracket WAS the problem. I had a guy at a casino weld the lift bracket back together, and i reinstalled it.

Put some batteries in the cart to teat it, and it is awesome!!

So the problem was the broken weld on the passenger rear side. I cannot believe all the times I was crawling under this cart adjusting stuff and going step by step with the book, that I never saw the weld.

Anyway, thanks for the help guys. You ALL ROCK!
