rear seat with battery access in bag well?

I am searching for a rear seat that will allow access to a pair of batteries in the bag well by flipping the seat bottom up. I want to have easy access to check the battery fluid levels and maintain the battery terminals from corrosion.

A seat for club car DS and EzGo txt are both needed.

Check out the Golf Max 5 seats. They have an access panel to get to the bagwell from above. Nice seat setup!!
